Watch out for areas with cluttered or abandoned items

Is there standing water in the premises? *

Any stagnant water? Check around the compound including inside plant pots

Is the drain clogged or poorly maintained? *

Check gutters and tap areas

Are there overgrown grasses/ bushes within or around the premises? *

Check within and outside the premises including backyards.

Any leaning tree branches on the building? *

Any tree branch resting on the building?

Is there any non-essential lighting within the premises? *

Check if there are too many lights (especially white lights) within the premises.

Are there neglected/untidy waste disposal near the building? *

Check if the waste disposal area.

Are there pets in the building? *

Check in and around the pet cages or areas
